At Agre Global Overseas Consultancies Services, we understand that travel plans can change. This policy outlines your options for cancellations, modifications, and refunds when booking flights through our platform. Please read this carefully before completing your booking.
✅ 24-Hour Free Cancellation: Most bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the departure date is at least 7 days away. Contact us immediately at our contact form to request this.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the fare type and airline selected at the time of booking:

⚠ Refund eligibility varies by airline and fare class. Non-refundable tickets do not qualify for cash refunds but may be eligible for travel credits depending on the airline.
How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel your flight booking, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible:
- Have your booking reference number ready
- Our agents will confirm the cancellation terms applicable to your ticket
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method
Flight Changes & Modifications
If you need to change your flight date, time, or destination, the following applies:
- Changes are subject to airline availability and fare difference charges
- A service fee may apply for each change request processed through Agre Global Overseas Consultancies Services
- Name changes are generally not permitted by airlines — please ensure all names are entered correctly at booking
- Changes to international bookings may require updated passport or visa information
To request a change, contact us at our contact form as early as possible, as fees increase closer to the departure date.
Airline-Initiated Cancellations
If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you are generally entitled to:
- A full refund from the airline to your original payment method
- Rebooking on an alternative flight at no extra charge
- Travel credit or voucher (depending on the airline's policy)
Agre Global Overseas Consultancies Services will assist you in processing airline-initiated refunds and rebooking requests. Please contact us promptly if your flight is cancelled by the airline.
Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, the following timelines apply:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7–14 business days
- Bank Transfers: 5–10 business days
- Other Payment Methods: Timelines may vary
Service fees charged by Agre Global Overseas Consultancies Services are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error.
Note: Refund timelines are subject to your bank or card issuer's processing times, which are outside our control.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Failure to show up for your flight (no-show)
- Incorrect passenger information provided at booking
- Denied boarding due to missing travel documents (visa, passport, etc.)
- Cancellation requests made outside the eligible window
- Bookings on non-refundable fare types
